INVITATION FOR REPRESENTATIONS ON UNKNOWN DEPOSITS

Msukaligwa Local Municipality hereby invites all community member to make representations on/or before 30 June 2026 regarding unknown deposits that have not been allocated or receipted on their consumer accounts.

This situation arises when customers have not included the correct payment reference or have made payments without any reference at all on the online platforms.

Consumers who believe they have such deposits must submit proof of payment along with valid identity documents to enable proper allocation to their accounts.

Please note that any unknown deposits for which no claims have been raised by 1 September 2026 will be written back as revenue in the Municipality's financial records.

Community members are encouraged to submit their representations as soon as possible to avoid loss of funds.
