ERMELO AND WESSELTON WATER SUPPLY NOTICE

The Municipality would like to inform residents that the main electricity supply from the transformer at the Northern Water Treatment Works (NWTW) has tripped and the matter has been reported to the Electricity Team for urgent attention.

In addition, Airport Clear Water Pump 2 has broken down due to a collapsed bearing. The fault has been reported to the external service provider for urgent repairs.

As a result, consumers may experience low water pressure and intermittent water supply in the following areas:

• All Wesselton Extensions

• Ermelo East

• Ermelo Town

• Industrial Area

• Portions of Nederland Park

The Municipality apologises for the inconvenience caused and will provide further updates as repair work progresses.
